Supplier must maintain active ISO 9001 certification throughout contract term
- Copper content: 70-85% confirmed (CRITICAL blended specification)
- Zinc content: 10-25% documented (brass fin component)
- Lead content: <1.5% documented (automotive tolerance verified)
- Tin content: <0.8% documented (solder/brazing acceptable)
- Iron content: <1.0% confirmed (ferrous contamination control)
- Nickel content: <0.5% documented (plating residue)
- Material identity: BRASS/COPPER radiator verified (NOT aluminum)
- Radiator condition: structural integrity assessed
- Fluid residue: coolant level documented (drained or residual acceptable)
- Hazardous materials: asbestos NEGATIVE, mercury NEGATIVE, PCB NEGATIVE
- Lead paint: assessment completed if pre-1978 vehicle suspected
- Radiator type: identified (engine cooling, transmission cooler, intercooler, etc.)
- Processing recommendation: standard or specialized handling specified

- Separate Fin And Tube Analysis If Feasible

CRITICAL - MATERIAL TYPE VIOLATION (ABSOLUTE)

- Material Segregated As Aluminum Radiator (Not Brass)
Cu <70% OR Cu >85% (significantly outside radiator blended range)
