Combustion Analysis

- Precise carbon measurement (critical for foundry qualification)

- Pass: Carbon 2.5–4.0% verified by direct combustion
Procedure
- Test on samples if carbon near specification boundaries
Magnetic Test
Purpose
- Confirm ferrous material
